General SOA architecture, ESB, BPM, BPEL etc (mandatory)
Knowledge of middle level architecture BEA Aqualogic suite (mandatory)
Knowledge on other middle level architecture products WebMethods, Websphere, TIBCO etc. (less relevant)
Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT & XSD (mandatory)
Core JAVA, J2EE EJB 2.0, JSP, Servlets, Struts, JMS, JDBC, JCA (desirable)
Web Services & Oracle SQL (mandatory)
Experience:
2 years experience in leading the design and development of platform level software systems.
5 years experience as a Developer / Senior Developer, with a track record of developing quality solutions to complex problems.
5-7 years industry experience
Higher Education Degree/Diploma in related area
