Desired Profile :Hands on experience in administration of complex Windows environments
Experiences with Windows 2000, Windows 2003 technologies and infrastructure
Knowledge on Windows 2003 Active Directory.
2 Years Experience in Installation and configuration of Vmware.
Manage Virtual Machines
Snapshot Management
VM Migration
Strong problem determination skills and prior experience in a technical services or operations environment.
Ability to communicate with the customer community, convey or exchange information, understand statements of operations and procedural routines.
NOTE : Knowledge on SQL 2000 / Symantec Anti-Virus would be an advantage.MOM-server hardware/software alert monitoring with problem escalation/notification to Mariusz Hoffman
Restarting of failed services in Startup Type automatic excepting oracle services
analyzing of non-startable automatic services and notification/escalation to PCR-Group/TPL
analyzing of general OS problems if necessary escalation to PCR group
monitoring/nofication of unexpected shutdowns of servers.
monitoring/handling of ESX-Servers with VMWARE clients
Vmware Migration
Vmware configuration.
delivering of requested server data to business partners e.g. patchlevel, eventlog
RDP-connection problem solving & assistance to business partners
